Here’s how we use your generous donations:

• Most of our equipment is either purchased used or donated, and often is in rough condition. We value restoring and repurposing second-hand fridges, freezers, trucks, etc. for our mission, but all of this takes time and funding.

• Fuel for hauling literal tons of rescued food from stores, farms and suppliers across Northern Colorado to our market.

• Rent for our space—which as we all know in Fort Collins, is one of the largest expenses.

• Utilities to keep the lights on and the food stored at safe temperatures. 

• Paying our hardworking admin team to support our operations.
